Monte Nido

Monte Nido uses a range of research-proven therapy modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma treatment, and other tried-and-true techniques customized to fit the individual needs of each client. It also provides comprehensive aftercare support to help clients continue their recovery after initial treatment is finished. This includes offering clients access to continuing support groups, 12-Step and other recovery program referrals, and help in connecting them to the next phase of their treatment journey. In order to promote community and offer ongoing support, Monte Nido's alumni program also organizes group activities and events.
