I was lucky enough to enjoy a tour of the NDFW facility from Gabrielle. From the moment I walked through the gate I could feel the healing energy of the grounds. At every turn I saw beautiful artwork with inspirational quotes and butterflies. My favorite feature was the fish tank full of every type you could imagine. You could tell that each and every women who walks through their doors are well cared for and have a safe place to heal and recover!

The staff at New Directions for Women are kind, compassionate, and helpful! They are awesome to work with!!! Thanks for all you do to help heal women and families!

This is just a really incredible organization. I know women from all over the country come to Costa Mesa for treatment, and I personally know women that have used New Directions for Women and felt that they were provided with all the best care. My background is in behavioral health and working with Nonprofit Organizations and I work closely with New Directions and I can attest to the fact that they are true to their mission to the fullest. I have toured both the residential and intensive outpatient programs and I am very impressed. I have personally worked directly with Tania and David for 5 years now and have the highest regard for their sincerity, how ethical they are, and the overall caring approach they offer. New directions is amazing I cannot believe how many women they treat and I heard today after being in a breakfast that they sponsor that they've had over 200 babies born and the history of new directions to sober mothers. The staff at New Directions is amazing the surroundings are very peaceful and I can tell you that the commitment to helping women women with children and pregnant women is beyond measure. They have a detox program and a residential treatment program and I also toward another facility off campus is what they call it where they have an outpatient program where people come during the day all day or just sometimes in the evening called IOP. I know that they accept volunteers and that there non-profit so if you need help for a woman in your life I wouldn't hesitate to call them I would send my family member here and if you just want to volunteer I think it's a great place to volunteer.

New Directions is a peaceful, caring facility with an amazing staff. Tania, the Director of Development and Public Relations, is passionate about providing a warm, comforting environment. The counselors care very deeply about the women, and are committed to their recovery. It is a remarkable, one of a kind Treatment Center.

I visited New Directions for Women as a representative from another community outreach program. I was blown away by the welcoming and serene environment. All of the staff I interacted with seemed to sincerely care about their work. Communication with the Director of Development and Public Relations were easy and responsive. Tania took us on a tour of the campus and we were in awe of the service provided to women. We will be recommending New Directions in the future to individuals in need. I was impressed with New Directions For Women as soon as I heard about their unique treatment program, and once I toured their facility it became clear that this was an unparalleled approach to recovery for women. Having been a patient at my fair share of facilities, I can confidently say that their attention to detail in every aspect of the recovery process is truly remarkable. It's not only the sanctuary they've created that allows women to embark on their journey to sobriety in a safe, welcoming, and encouraging way, but their immense care, down to the soft sounds of water you hear as you walk through the halls, that create an environment that promises success and confidence to those within it. New Directions is a home away from home for women looking to find sobriety. Their facilities are built on the love and dedication of Becky, Tania and the expert staff. I can't recommend this beautiful space more... from meditation to yoga to movie nights and pool days; New Directions truly highlights the beauty of sober living. One of the most incredible features is that New Directions welcomes moms with their young children with open arms. The family feel is tangible the moment you walk in and once you meet one lovely woman after another you don't want to leave! If you are looking for a warm environment to transition to a cleaner life for you or your loved one you couldn't have found a better place! :))

I was a patient of New Directions for Women, 25 years ago. I emphasize 25 years, because they offer a program that truly works, and has kept me sober for all 25 years. With an all women's program, I could focus on what was most important, me. The offering of family and children's services makes New Directions unique from other recovery homes. New Directions had the most affordable recovery offering at the time, as compared to other facilities local to them. I understand that still remains the same today. For a woman to stay in a homelike setting rather than a clinical hospital setting, made my stay more comfortable. New Directions offers a full program where clients thrive, restart their lives, and learn to live life free from the bonds of alcohol and drugs. Theirs is a platform that truly works. I am a perfect example of this.

My son and I lived at New Directions for 90 days in 2015. Not only did New Directions save my life, but provided a safe place for my son to heal. My son always felt safe and loved there which was so instrumental in his healing process. He learned to trust and feel secure. He was along side me every step of the way and got to watch his mommy heal. Having my son involved in my treatment opened the door to include him in my recovery rather than to have it be a part of me I may otherwise have felt I needed to hide. I thank the universe every day for the miracle that I was given a second chance at life and every day when I look at my beautiful boy's smiling face I am overwhelmed with gratitude that there is a treatment center that understands that healing mothers need to include their children in the process.

The buildings and grounds are comfortable, accommodating and well kept. The staff are friendly, loving, patient and kind. In every instance the staff was encouraging, truthful and supportive. The educational and therapeutic offerings are varied, diverse and well sequenced. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to get and be well.

New Directions is one of hundreds of treatment Providers in Orange County and one of over 10,000 Providers nationwide. Why do I know this? Because my company provides services to the rehab industry. Unlike many "newcomers", this company is NOT in it for the money. They have been around for decades with a uniquely dedicated mission. Ms. Becky Flood and her staff stand out in my mind as being truly professional and dedicated to their clients. They are "all about their clients" which makes them standout above the rest from my view. Five stars. NDFW did more than save my life:. They saved my little boy's mom. They provided me with a complete and structured treatment plan and four years later I am still clean and sober. Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for New Directions.

I recommend people to NDFW for many reasons, one of the most prominent being the amazing resources it has for mothers and children which is unfortunately rare in this industry. In addition, New Directions is in the middle of one of the strongest recovery communities in the country: Orange County California, where there are over 3,000 12-step meetings a week! They are located in a serene environment that supports healing and growth. And they have a beautiful new home for the women that has been made possible by an extremely supportive fellowship who believe in their mission. New Directions can help you every step of the way as you navigate early recovery. It is a scary process to try and change your life, but it is possible, and New Directions has guided so many women and their families through it with love and compassion. New Directions for Women is transforming lives and transforming the treatment industry with quality care and dedicated staff. This place is sacred for me, and I am forever grateful to be a part of it.
